Complaints

The Buyer has the right to file a complaint in the event of non-conformity of the product, damage that occurred prior to delivery, or for other reasons provided for by the applicable laws and regulations of Montenegro.

A complaint may be submitted in writing to the email address provided on the website. When submitting a complaint, the Buyer must provide information enabling identification of the purchase, such as the offer number, invoice number, or other relevant document, a description of the identified defect, as well as photographs of the product, where possible.

Upon receipt of the complaint, the Seller shall confirm its receipt and consider all of the Buyer's claims in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of Montenegro and other applicable laws and regulations.

The Buyer is required to allow an inspection of the product subject to the complaint, if necessary to determine the validity of the complaint.

If the complaint is found to be justified, the Buyer shall be entitled to the rights provided for under the applicable laws and regulations, including the right to remedy the defect, replacement of the product, a price reduction, or termination of the contract, depending on the nature of the defect and the applicable legal requirements.

A complaint will not be accepted if the defect resulted from improper use, unauthorized interventions, mechanical damage, failure to comply with the manufacturer's instructions, or other circumstances for which the Seller is not responsible.

The manufacturer's warranty, if provided for a particular product, does not affect the Buyer's statutory rights arising from the Seller's liability for the conformity of the product in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Montenegro.
